THE FOCUS OF THIS 3-DAY COURSE IS
TO DISCERN THE FALSE SELF FROM THE ESSENTIAL BEING
in ourselves and also in the people we seek to help.
To define our true identity, we need to answer the following questions:
- Who am I? What is my deep nature? My center? How can I enrich it?
- What are my boundaries between self/other and what beliefs support or limit me?
- What are my goals? My mission? My contribution to the world?
The answers to these questions allow us to find our bearings by constantly defining or redefining what we are and to not get lost when life unbalances or shakes us up.
LEARN TO IDENTIFY YOUR SURFACE SELF
This is the first step of the process
Here we are dealing with the surface structure or conception we have of ourselves. It is a process of identification that occurs when you invest what you perceive as your true "self" in a role, an object, another person, a cause, an activity, an idea. This "surface self" can be a source of ongoing dissatisfaction because it's incomplete and limiting.
LET YOUR TRUE IDENTITY BE REVEALED
Once the surface self is isolated, then we can access our deep self which only exists in the present moment of perceiving a feeling. This deeper structure within is a simultaneous superposition of all our potential states: everything we have been and done and everything we could be and do. The field of all possibilities opens in us.

Annie Roux-Bonnefoy
Annie Roux-Bonnefoy is a senior Biodecoding® Therapist and Teacher at the School of Christian Fleche. She is also a Master NLP Trainer and a certified therapist in Family Constellations, E.S.P.E.R.E. method, and transactional analysis.

have worked for many years in hospitals to accompany hospital staff and
patients. My meeting with Christian Fleche, the discovery of
Biodecoding®, the work of Milton Erickson and Marc Frechet allowed me to
look at disease differently and understand the tight connection between
the body and the psyche.

symptoms were telling us and welcome the person's conflictual life,
the hidden emotions, beliefs and needs.
A strong believer and enthusiast about this approach, I accompanied many

joined the Team of Biodecoding Teachers in 2009.
