• 14-day period before the course starts:

If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, please do so within the next 14 days after the date of your enrollment to get a full refund or transfer your funds to another course of your choice. After the 14 days period, no refund or transfer will be issued and you will be bound to complete the remaining balance whether you attend the course or not. No exception.

•   If the course already started before the end of the 14-day period:

If you are still within the 14-day period and the course has already started and you are not satisfied with the content, please send us an email before the first break of the first day of the course. We will proceed to a full refund right away. 

Any cancellation request received after the first break of the first day of the seminar will NOT BE REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED.
